FounderI've been building AI systems since 2018 — back when "machine learning" meant months of data prep and custom models, not API calls to ChatGPT. Did a PhD in it too (University of Zagreb, deep learning across engineering and sciences).
The academic work taught me what's possible. The real work taught me what's usable. Not everything from research belongs in production — knowing the difference is half the job.
These days I build AI that replaces tedious work. Replaced a company's level-1 IT support with an AI assistant. Built a debugger that untangles errors across complex multi-system integrations. Created a unified AI layer that lets employees talk to all their enterprise tools in one place instead of jumping between five different apps.
Some of these shipped to production. Some taught me expensive lessons about what looked good in a demo but broke under real use. Both made me better at knowing what will actually work for you.
